At Jones Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise, subject to the terms below.

Returns Due to Fit, Size, or Customer Preference

If a pair of boots does not fit, you ordered the wrong size, or you simply decide the boots are not right for you, you may return the boots for a refund as long as they meet our return requirements.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on returns due to fit, size, style, color, or any other reason that is not the result of a defect or error on the part of Jones Boots.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Jones Boots is considered part of our shipping promotion and is not refundable.

Jones Boots does not provide free return shipping for fit, size, or customer-preference returns.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If your boots arrive defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us before returning the merchandise.

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error made by Jones Boots, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you and, when applicable, replace the merchandise or issue a full refund.

Return Requirements

Returned boots must be:

• Unworn and in new, resalable condition.
• Free of dirt, scuffing, creasing, or signs of wear.
• Returned with the original box and packaging.
• Returned within the applicable return period stated by Jones Boots.
• Suitable for resale.

Please try on boots indoors on a clean, carpeted surface to determine proper fit. Do not wear boots outside if you may need to return them.

Jones Boots reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if merchandise is returned in a condition that is not new and resalable.

Free shipping on an original order does not mean that return shipping is free.
